Melodie has teamed up with the video software platform Viddyoze to create a one-of-a-kind NFT that delivers a unique and powerful visual and auditory experience.

And that’s not all. The NFT also presents the owner of this original artwork unlimited and lifetime access to both platforms – taking them beyond the realm of blockchain. It’s an incredibly rare and unique NFT – the only one of its kind and never to be repeated by the creative collaborators.

The idea came from Viddyoze’s creative director, Dan Stoner. The company’s co-founders had been discussing NFTs and how some of the early video animation prototypes and original launch templates would work well as NFTs.

It was a lightbulb moment for Dan: “Having recently worked with Melodie, I knew how complementary their music was to our video animations. Creating a unique NFT that combined both just made sense to me.”

He pitched the idea to Viddyoze and Melodie – and they both loved it. Kylie Couper, a prolific Australian electronic producer and one of Melodie’s composers, was commissioned to compose the music track, while Relja Trajković, head of video animation at Viddyoze, was tasked with creating the graphics.

The results are phenomenal. The track, Le Tigre, is an immersive chilled vibe, while the animated graphics, inspired entirely by Kylie’s composition, are vivid and expressive of the world of music, from singers and listeners to dancers. Both are unique to the NFT and not available elsewhere.

“I wanted the graphics to stand out and reflect both brands – music and animation,” said Dan. “I wanted it to be unlike anything else we have in our respective libraries.”

The animated NFT also features a glistening, spinning gold coin that is embossed with the logos of each company on either side. “Melodie came up with this brilliant concept – and it’s a fitting emblem as both NFTs and cryptocurrencies share the same DNA,” Dan said. “And coins will always be highly collectable.”
